THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Milton Gamau Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.4 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngong/Ngong/30008, situate in Kajiado County, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. E436 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of Mary Wanjiku Ngamau to be registered as administrator, and whereas the said land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Milton Gamau Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
