Box 9298–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing known as 4837/III/MN, Mainland North, registered as CR. 57122, using a fake/forged certificate of title, and whereas Lennox George Mwakalama, is holding the genuine/bonafide certificate of title in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that the certificate of title held by Isanta Limited is revoked/cancelled from the date of this notice.
