CORRIGENDUM

INSTITUTE CORRIGENDUM IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, No. 6 of 2012, Part VIII and further to Kenya Gazette No. 12538 of 2023, the National Land Commission, on behalf of the County Government of Tharaka Nithi, gives notice that the County Government intends to correct the following parcel of land for expansion of Itugururu Agricultural Training Institute in Tharaka Nithi County. Corringendum Plan for the affected land may be inspected during office hours at the office of the National Land Commission, Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi and at the National Land Commission’s County Co-ordinator’s Office in Tharaka Nithi county.
