APPROVAL

PURSUANT to the provisions of Standing Order 40 (1-3) of the Tharaka Nithi County Assembly, it is notified for the information of the members of the County Assembly of Tharaka Nithi that there shall be a special sitting to be held on Tuesday, 21st May, 2024, in the County Assembly Chambers, Kathwana at 9.30 a.m. The business to be transacted at the special sitting shall only be: (a) Adoption of the Report of the Committee on Finance, Budget and Appropriations on budget implementation for the FY 2023/2024 for the period ended 31st March, 2024 (b) Approval of Tharaka Nithi County Supplementary Budget (II) for the FY 2023/2024; and (c) The Tharaka Nithi County Supplementary (2) Appropriation Bill, 2024. In accordance to Standing Order 40 (4) of the Tharaka Nithi County Assembly, after which the house shall stand adjourned. Dated the 9th May, 2024.
