NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Amoured Cables and 40ft Containers. Amoured Cables 25 Rollers Amoured Cables (single) Cable, Prysmian Group, Model Type, A2XS (FL) 2Y, 19/33KV, Date of Manufacture 2014, 5 x 40ft Containers (FSCU 642117-7, TTNU 988732-1, CAXU 495245- 6, CLHU 856397-5, GISU 493856-7) which have been lying uncollected at Award Omar Bayusuf and Sons Limited located at Jomvu plot No. VMN/1676 Mombasa. Further notice is given that unless the above mentioned goods are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding amount and incidental costs incurred by Awadh Omar Bayusuf and Sons Limited as at the date when delivery is taken, failure to which the said goods stated above will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner(s) and the proceeds of sale shall be defrayed against storage charges and any other incurred costs.
