REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to Messrs. Juvinal Karani Kamil, Changara Logistics Limited, KCB Bank Limited, to collect from Messrs. Aexcel Auto Spares Limited, the goods indicated in the Schedule below, upon payment of all outstanding charges and other incidental costs within thirty (30) days from the date of publication hereof, failure to pay and collect the subject motor vehicle at the expiry of this notice, the said motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction without any further notice whatsoever.
