NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 22nd February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1603, in Volume D1, Folio 824/3815, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Kevin Mwoya Majoni, of P.O. Box 69665–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kevin Mwoya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kevin Mwoya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kevin Mwoya Majoni, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kevin Mwoya Majoni only.
