NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1624, in Volume D1, Folio 1214/3684, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Dorine Mary Ambati Makutsa, of 160 Dufton Approach, Seacroft, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS14 6ED within the United Kingdom, formerly known as Dorine Mary Mbati alias Dorine Mary Mugabe alias Dorine Mary Okingo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Dorine Mary Mbati alias Dorine Mary Mugabe alias Dorine Mary Okingo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dorine Mary Ambati Makutsa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Dorine Mary Ambati Makutsa only.
