NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 231, in Volume B-13, Folio 2348/21224, File No. 1637, by our client, Maymuna Ali Omar, formerly known as Maymuna Saleh Ahmed Nahdi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maymuna Saleh Ahmed Nahdi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maymuna Ali Omar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maymuna Ali Omar only.
