NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 218, in Volume B-13, Folio 2330/1637, File No. 218, by our client, Maimuna Ali Hamisi, of P.O. Box 86875-60100, Mombasa in Kenya, formerly known as Mary Atieno Otieno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Atieno Otieno and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maimuna Ali Hamisi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maimuna Ali Hamisi only.
