NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 194, in Volume B-13, Folio 2325/1637, File No. 194, by our client, Florence Atieno Otieno, of P.O. Box 86875-60100, Mombasa in Kenya, formerly known as Florence Atieno Odhiambo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Florence Atieno Odhiambo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Florence Atieno Otieno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Florence Atieno Otieno only.
