NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1423, in Volume D1, Folio 97/1081, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Josphine Njoki, formerly known as Josphine Njoki Karanja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Josphine Njoki Karanja, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Josphine Njoki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Josphine Njoki only.
