NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 302, in Volume DI, Folio 56/483, File No. MMXXIV-13, by our client, Ngina Mboi, of P.O. Box 22865–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Doris Ngina Mboi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Doris Ngina Mboi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ngina Mboi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ngina Mboi only.
