NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1633, in Volume DI, Folio 97/1077, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Rachael Kabura Chege, of P.O. Box 129, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rachael Kabura alias Rachael Kabura Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rachael Kabura alias Rachael Kabura Kamau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rachael Kabura Chege, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rachael Kabura Chege only.
