REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Solomon Miruri Imong’i Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 51020–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all those pieces of land known as L.R. No. 5999/89 and THE KENYA GAZETTE 26th April, 2024 88, situate in the north west of Kiambu Municipality in Kiambu District, by virtue of certificates of title registered as I.R. 121718 and 186635, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificates of title have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificates of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
