REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Wycliffe Tabani Wepukhulu and (2) Gaudencia Nashikanda Wepukhulu, both of P.O. Box 90684, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0503 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. Mombasa/M.S/I/1517, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under certificate of title No. C.F 7584, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
