REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Walter Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 85181–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0224 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. Mombasa/Majaoni Scheme/496, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
