WHEREAS Eunice Mumbi Nyaga, of P.O. Box 89344–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered as lessee proprietor of all that Plot No. 2797/VI/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 14824/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
