REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tarsem S. Sembhi, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 5.541 and 4.222 hectares, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title Nos. Mweiga/Block 1/Labura/1377 and 1378, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
