REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Iyego Rwathia Building Company Limited, of P.O. Box 16016, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/I/112, situate in city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered as Volume N5, Folio 302/28, File 723, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
