REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Said Sood Mohamed Said Klshikely, as the administrator of the estate of Mohamed Said Mbaruk Shikely, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 4.76 acres or thereabout, known as 82/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa County, registered as C.R. 534/1, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the 26th April, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE deed file register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file register as provided under the provisions of section 33 (3).
