THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jochen Micheal Rinck, of P.O. Box 99777–80107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0236 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 3084/III/MN, situate in the north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 36441, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file register as provided under the provisions of section 33 (3).
