THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Mwangi L. Wachira (ID/4672324), of P.O. Box 1907–20300, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0465 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Nyahururu Municipality Block 4/95, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
