THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nelson Wainaina Ngugi (ID/14569802), of P.O. Box 69–20117, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.902 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Ol Aragwai/8970, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
