REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kagaa Farmers Co-operative Society Limited, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 17.402 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Mitubiri/Thuthua/Block I/740, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register (green card) shall be reconstructed under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
