WHEREAS Osir Boaz Otieno (ID/23847704), of P.O. Box 94, Koru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. THE KENYA GAZETTE 26th April, 2024 Kajiado/Kitengela/62396, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the said green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
