REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gibson Githinji Gitonga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.24 acre or thereabouts, known as Ngenda/Kirai/T. 37, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 820 of 2009, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Lucia Wanjiku Githinji, (ID/1196727), of P.O. Box 864, Thika, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Lucia Wanjiku Githinji, (ID/1196727), of P.O. Box 864, Thika, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gibson Githinji Gitonga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
