GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5106

WHEREAS Nderitu Julius (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land registered under title Nos. Konyu/Baricho/869, 1420, 3388, 3389, 3390; Ruguru/Karuthi/581 and Mweiga Block III/Kimenju/264, containing 0.046, 0.20, 0.101, 0.101, 0.060, 1.17 and 4.45 hectares or thereabout, respectively, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1851 of 2010, has issued letters of administration to (1) Peter Nderitu Julius and (2) Purity Wanjiku Nderitu as the administrators and beneficiaries, and whereas the said land title deeds issued earlier to Nderitu Julius (deceased) are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said (1) Peter Nderitu Julius and (2) Purity Wanjiku Nderitu as the administrators and beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Nderitu Julius (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
