REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jonah Thuku Kabiriri alias Thuku Kabiriri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.0 acres or thereabout, known as Loc. 19/Gacharageini/187, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E725 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters in favour of Rufus Kimotho Thuku, and whereas the said land title deed issued to Jonah Thuku Kabiriri alias Thuku Kabiriri (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of R.L. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jonah Thuku Kabiriri alias Thuku Kabiriri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
