THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Suluvano Njeru Simba, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Gaturi/Nembure/12682, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E25 of 2020, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Peter Nyagah Simba as administrator to the estate of Suluvano Njeru Simba, and whereas the green card cannot be found at the lands registry, and all efforts made to recover the green card in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue the said green card and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and register the land to the said Peter Nyagah Simba (ID/4685429) as the administrator and upon opening and reconstruction of land register.
