THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Dolo Dwiko (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0294 hectare or thereabouts, known as Machakos Municipality Block II/38, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in Succession Cause No. 25 of 2012, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Muanza Ndwiko (ID/37621500), and whereas the said Muanza Ndwiko (ID/37621500) have executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 to Muanza Ndwiko (ID/37621500), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Dolo Dwiko (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
