REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Robert Kibathi Hiuho (deceased), of P.O. Box 2245– 00199, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kajiado/Olchoro-Onyore/3321, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Ngong in Succession Cause No. E75 of 2022, has issued a grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Lucy Wambui Waweru, and whereas the said Lucy Wambui Waweru has made an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 in respect of Kajiado/Olchoro-Onyore/3321, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of Lucy Wambui Waweru as proprietor by transmission, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Robert Kibathi Hiuho (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
