NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB59, in Volume B-13, Folio 2345/21193, File No. 1637, by our client, Javan Kariuki Mbugua, of P.O. Box 51641–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Javan Wasike Nyongesa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Javan Wasike Nyongesa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Javan Kariuki Mbugua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Javan Kariuki Mbugua only.
