NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1534, in Volume DI, Folio 1127/3655, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Linda Matara Gluche, of P.O. Box 104330– 00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Linda Atieno Matara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Linda Atieno Matara, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Linda Matara Gluche, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Linda Matara Gluche only.
