NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1643, in Volume DI, Folio 64/753, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Duncan Nicholas Mutie (guardian), of P.O. Box 9685–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Angelica Mutheu Duncan (minor), formerly known as Angel Mutheu Duncan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Angel Mutheu Duncan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Angelica Mutheu Duncan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Angelica Mutheu Duncan only.
