NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 228, in Volume B-13, Folio 2344/21176, File No. 1637, by our client, Hassan Mwambega Mwadunje Choka, of P.O. Box 1, Kinango in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwambega Mwadunje Choka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mwambega Mwadunje Choka, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hassan Mwambega Mwadunje Choka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by him assumed name Hassan Mwambega Mwadunje Choka only.
