NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 21180, in Volume B-13, Folio 2344/22, File No. 1635, by our client, Kulthum Hamed Mohamed Zakwan, of P.O. Box 98150–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kulthum Hamed Mohamed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kulthum Hamed Mohamed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kulthum Hamed Mohamed Zakwan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by him assumed name Kulthum Hamed Mohamed Zakwan only.
