NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 15th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 906, in Volume D1, Folio 816/5001, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Prexedes Kanini Mua, formerly known as Veronicah Kanini, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Veronicah Kanini, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Prexedes Kanini Mua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Prexedes Kanini Mua only.
