ESTABLISHMENT

IT IS notified for the general information of the public that pursuant to section 94 (2) (a-f) of the Mining Act, 2016, the following members have been appointed to the Artisanal Mining Committee of Vihiga County— Under paragraph (a)— Allan Khayesi Anyanje; Under paragraph (b)— Samwel K. Too; Under paragraph (c)— Shem Vidolo, Harun Ugwimba Enonda, Roselyne Akinyi Oloo, Under paragraph (d)— Jacob Mutua; Under paragraph (e)— Hesbon Monda; Under paragraph (f)— Hezekiah Nganyi.
