IT IS notified for the general information of the public that pursuant to section 94 (2) (a-f) of the Mining Act, 2016, the following members have been appointed to the Artisanal Mining Committee of Baringo County— Under paragraph (a)— Richard Tamar; Under paragraph (b)— Silvanus Too; Under paragraph (c)— Julius Birir, Jorum Biwott, Laban Kibet, Under paragraph (d)— Mourice Amalemba Kamavi; Under paragraph (e)— Gilbert Maguti; Under paragraph (f)— Caleb Sunguti.
