IT IS notified for the general information of the public that pursuant to section 94 (2) (a-f) of the Mining Act, 2016, the following THE KENYA GAZETTE 3rd May, 2024 members have been appointed to the Artisanal Mining Committee of Kilifi County— Under paragraph (a)— Anthony Kingi; Under paragraph (b)— Morris Njagi Kirimo; Under paragraph (c)— Beatrice Zawadi Chirume, Peter Rua Ngema, Joseph Mbaruk Hamisi Tune, Under paragraph (d)— Philip Cockins Ndengu; Under paragraph (e)— William Opiyo Odeyo; Under paragraph (f)— Samuel Mutisya Muinde.
