ESTABLISHMENT

IT IS notified for the general information of the public that pursuant to section 94 (2) (a-f) of the Mining Act, 2016, the following members have been appointed to the Artisanal Mining Committee of Taita Taveta County— Under paragraph (a)— Jorum Muiruri; Under paragraph (b)— Purity Muthoni Kinyua; Under paragraph (c)— Francis Munyui, John Kaboro, Nelson Mutungi, Under paragraph (d)— Shadrack Nzaliu; Under paragraph (e)— Beatrice Kanani; Under paragraph (f)— Jospehat Muendo Wasua.
