PROPOSED ACQUISITION

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 46 (6) of the Competition Act, 2010, it is notified for general information that the Authority has approved the implementation of the proposed merger on condition that THE KENYA GAZETTE 3rd May, 2024 post-merger, the Acquirer employs at least seventy (70%), equivalent to one thousand five hundred and nineteen (1,519) of the Target employees on terms that are no less favourable than their current terms of employment with the Target, for a period of twelve (12) months following completion of the transaction.
