NOTICE is given that an Application for the Appointment for Guardianship of the above named Person by the High Court was on the 30th October, 2023 presented to the said Court by Kibera & Associates Advocates of P.O. Box 30444–00100, Nairobi AND on the 1st March 2024, the High Court appointed Lucy Wanjugu Kuria, Charles Kinyua Kanyi and Humphrey Mwaniki Kanyi as the Manager of the Estate of Edith Kaari Kanyi under section 28 of the Mental Health Act to manage her estate including such description of moveable or immoveable property money, debts and legacies, power to execute, sign all deeds and instruments relating to or evidencing the title or right to any property or giving a right to receive any money or goods.
