TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E492 OF 2023 By (1) Kiboi Tablusei and (2) Samuel Chirchir, both of P.O. Box 144–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chirchir Sinyei Chebet alias Chirchir Sinei Chebet, who died on 6th April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By (1) Joan Nyaboke Otwori and (2) Brian Otwori, both of P.O. Box 13298, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Kwamboka Arama, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
