TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E683 OF 2023 By (1) Hesbon Mbowo Okulu and (2) Jackton Ponge Okulu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Okullu Waguma alias Meshack Okulu Wagumu alias Meshack Okulu, who died on 11th September, 1977. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Aoko and (2) Vincent Omondi Omollo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Aluoch, who died on 15th April, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
