TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E611 OF 2023 By Alice Adhiambo Tala, of P.O. Box 49–40132, Rabour in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Tala Nyako, who died at Manyenya Sub-location, on 31st March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2024 By Stephen Ouma Ongaya, of P.O. Box 13, Paw Akuche in Kenya the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Aayuge Osanjo alias Ayuge Osanjo, who died on 15th February, 1982. THE KENYA GAZETTE 14th June, 2024 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
