TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2024 By (1) Fredrick Oduori Lungwe and (2) Vincent Wafula Otsieno, both of P.O. Box 6, Bumala in Kenya the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Baraza Lungwe, who died at Bujumba Sub-location, on 21st August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2024 By Christopher Juma Otiba, of P.O. Box 23–50406, Funyula in Kenya the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wandera Otiba, who died at Sibinga Sub- location, on 13th November, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
