Thagana, who died at A.C.K., Mt. Kenya Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Muriithi Ndege and (2) Virginia Wanjiru Muriithi, both of P.O. Box 62, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shimba Chwani Ireri, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 9th November, 1998.
