E22 OF 2024 By (1) Dennis Njeru Mburung’a and (2) Florence Igoki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eleutherius Mburung’a Bauni, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By Fridah Kawira Amos, of P.O. Box 37, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Miriti Bore, who died at Kiang’ondu, on 12th December, 2022. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2024 By (1) Alexander Karani Joseph and (2) Anselmina Cirindi Murianki, both of P.O. Box 3, Chongoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murianki Mujuri, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 5th February, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
